Can anyone help? Mitch This sounds like you don't have a sound card with a low latency. My one EMU is set on 7ms delay and works great. If you're using built in sound card then you can almost forget about using virtual amps. I haven't tried "Vandal2 plugin but tried almost every other available. Never had trouble with latency.
